I have mixed feelings about my experience a couple months ago when I purchased my car. The sales person, Dan, was friendly enough, he did a good job. My concern came after signing, and agreeing to the numbers, there was an additional charge that was not listed in the contract because they "must've missed it", but was necessary to the sale. Fine, I already traded my old car in to them and really loved my new car. My other issue is that I purchased the SR package, and on my contract it states that it includes 17" ...

👍👍 We worked with Justin and his colleagues/managers (Patrick & Manav) to make a deal on a used car that Ajax Nissan/Infiniti had available. Among several dealerships I visited, Justin was one of the best salespeople that I’ve come across. In addition to being super friendly and calm, the difference was that he put no uncomfortable pressure on us while still doing his job to make a sale. Other salespeople can learn from him. He was super easy to work with (and his colleagues Patrick/Manav) and I would shop here again in the future.

I had a nail in my run flat Mercedes tire these professionals Harmeet Singh, with his assistant pedro looked after my vehicle from beginning to end. Within a few hours I was back on the road, they were able to order the exact tire and have it replaced. After driving a Mercedes for years might even be considering purchasing an infinity.

I went in looking for a used van they had advertised. I went in, found Adam who after explaining why i was there, went and got a salesperson. Out come Annie not with one but 2 different keys for Grand Caravans they had sitting on the lot. After dispatching the van i came to see, i looked over the other van, and asked about price. We recently purchased an Infiniti QX60 from Ajax Nissan. Our sales rep, Nicole was wonderful to work with. And our service rep Ravin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely friendly and personable and when we stressing out about an issue, Ravin helped us out and fixed our issue.
Our initial interaction with Nicole [sales] was both surprising and enlightening, Nicole’s product knowledge and guidance made our decision less intense eliminating the stress that comes with purchasing a new vehicle. Once we made our choice Nicole introduced us to Sarah [finance], who walked us through the assorted finer details of the purchase with clarity and support. I took my truck in to check on my breaks. I am really happy with the work that was done. The mechanic went above and beyond as if it was his own vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for my regular oil changes and of course to swap my winter tires. Nice to know my truck is in safe hands here!
